Inferior product and company
I purchased three chains from Kisper. Two were identical for twins, the third for a different person. Upon the first hour of wearing one of the two identical chains, it broke. I was present, and there was no reason for it to do so. Inferior product. I contacted Kisper 2x. No response. I contacted Customer service, and received approval to return them, which I did at UPS along with pictures of the return. Fast forward to today and Kisper is saying I did not return one of the chains, and will be charging me. Another call to Amazon today and it should be resolved, but I would not purchase another I fervor product from a company that clearly lacks credibility. Read more
Way too difficult to clasp!
This chain is very pretty and dainty as described. The issue I have is that it is extremely hard to clasp. The clasp doesn’t open nearly wide enough and the eyelet is incredibly tiny. There is no way I would want to struggle with this every morning to put it on. Life’s too short for such unnecessary hassles. I have returned it for a refund for this reason.
