Painful to apply WAY TOO HARD
Refuses to write on my eyelid. Agony I test it on my arm to make it works and shows the mark. But when I put it on the delicate it's too hard and won't apply unless i dig in. Which is one big OUCH Poor quality and the WORST eyeliner pencil I've ever dealt with. .NONE so far has been this BAD. Pain!! Read more
