Everyone says that this is a thick cream but when I put some in my hand it's a flat out liquid consistency. Not going to use it out of fear for my very sensitive skin. Read more
I ordered this KISSIO Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen,Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 50+,Sunscreen with Zinc Oxide,Titanium because we are coming out of the winter and I’m looking head to summer. My husband, my son, and I are all super pale and have an alarming tendency to turn bright pink in the sun and to sunburn easily. We use high SPF sunscreen all summer long. I liked that this sunscreen was SPF 50+, I liked that it was supposed to be hydrating. So I ordered it to give it a try. The sunscreen comes in a white tube with a plastic squeeze cap. You need to remove the cap and take off a small foil seal. I liked this, it showed that the product was tamper resistant. The tune is white with yellow graphics and black and yellow-orange text. I liked the product name—FACE. I had a moment of worry when I first squeezed the sunscreen into my hand. It was thick and white—I remembered the zinc oxide my parents used to smear on my face before swim team and summer sports. There was zinc oxide in this sunscreen—was this going to be as thick as the swipes of zinc across my childhood nose? My fears were for nothing. The sunscreen spreads easily and disappears completely into the skin. It is nothing at all like the sticky zinc I remembered. It also doesn’t smell like the drugstore sunscreen we always use. This has a light smell, slightly cosmetic, slightly floral. It is pleasant and subtle, quite a nice change from the thick summertime smell of coconut/drugstore sun lotion. I’ve only used this a few times so far, so I can’t speak to any long term effects, but I do think this is slightly hydrating. Right now (March, coming into spring) my skin is pretty dry from wintertime and indoor heating. This FACE sunscreen seemed to help, after using it, my skin looked a bit less dry. My skin is fairly sensitive, and this did not make me break out. It feels thick and moist, it’s easy to apply evenly. It is absorbed into the skin and doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy residue. Kissio FACE sunscreen comes in a 2.5 ounce tube. Easy-to-apply, excellent coverage, SPF 50+. Light, floral/cosmetic scent. Read more
It does keep your skin moisturized, which is good, but it leaves a slight white cast on your skin that doesn't look very natural. It also takes a bit of rubbing to blend in properly. On the plus side, it does protect your skin from the sun well, and it's easy to apply. Read more
I've been doing research on sunscreens and apparently they are not all equal. It seems that mineral based sunscreens like this tube of Kissio are safer for human use than the "cheap stuff" that rely on chemicals - research suggests that perhaps, chemically based sunscreens are not the best thing for your skin or our precious waters. At the time of this writing it is early spring, so not quite the peak of summer when I could fully test this product out at the beach. On a quick evaluation though at this time of year, I'll mention the merits of this sunscreen based on what I can observe right now. It is imported from China. The box and the tube itself are sealed. The active ingredients in this product are zinc and titanium dioxide. There are a lot of other ingredients listed and I am not knowledgeable enough to have an informed opinion about those. This is a white colored cream which absorbs quickly. It is super lightweight and does not leave your skin greasy or oily. You are receiving 2.5oz of this mineral based sunscreen so it seems priced a bit on the high side, when compared to the large tubes of chemical sunscreen you commonly see for sale in the States. I will use this product on my face during the peak sun season and due to its cost I'll perhaps be a bit frugal with it. Seems high quality and SPF 50 is ideal for maximum sun protection. Based on what I can see, I would recommend this product. Read more

This is a lovely, light weight, non-greasy SPF+50 sunscreen for sensitive skin. The sun causes my sensitive skin to break out more with adult acne, I also burn easily. That's a bummer because I adore the sun. With this Kissio face hydrating mineral sunscreen, I can enjoy the summer sun again! My skin does not react to this product and I can safely use it on my face. Kissio sunscreen quickly absorbs into my skin. I really can't detect any fragrance with this product. The lotion is rather thin, you can see the white zinc lotion when first applying, but it very quickly is absorbed into your skin. It moisturizes your skin. We are planning a trip to the gulf coast next month where I'll put my new sunscreen to the test in the Alabama sun. On the bottle it states that if you are in the water or sweating, you should use a different water resistant sunscreen. It needs to be reapplied every 2 hours. It has a nice long expiration date, it is good for 3 years! The bottle is larger than I thought 2.5 oz is just right for traveling and taking it to the beach, this bottle is big enough for a week in the for my husband and I both to share. Read more
