I hadn’t given a review on this when I bought it in Sep of 2024 because I wanted to use it for a I period of time before doing so! I used it practically every day and loved the way my meals came out. It unfortunately stopped working 8 months in (while I was using it). I wasn’t sure I could receive a new one without a warranty but I decided to email Kitchen Elite support and told them what happened and they requested a video of the issue. After supplying everything they needed, THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT WITH NO CHARGE! The service was prompt and communication was pleasant. Got the air fryer the next week and I’m loving it still! Update: Customer Service responded quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle! So far, so good! Crossing my fingers this one lasts, because before any issues, I loved it! Purchased this August 24,2024. It started having issues in recent months registering the basket was inserted. Sometimes it would continue running when the basket was pulled out, other times we had to push/pull it in and out repeatedly to get it to work - now it doesn’t register/turn on at all. Came back to check if there is a warranty and see others saying it stopped working at 7 months for them, as well. I’m now regretting giving away the air fryer I had been using for years with no issues. Prior to this, however, I thought it was great.
