Hands down the best purchase. I tried many different holders for the sink and they always tend to mold or wear out. The size is perfect, it’s easy to install and remove, and it doesn’t keep any water in it as it’s just a stainless steel holder. I’ve had it for two years and it has not rusted. This item does the job and is better than the sponge holders that have suction cups but it unfortunately does not fit perfectly over the " divider" of the double sink. I had to have my husband get the tools out and bend the holder to make it wider, so it would lay flush and not ride up. Why did you pick this product vs others?: This suited my needs perfectly. I have a vintage double galvanized tub so with no counterspace on either side to put a soap dish. I didn't want something wall-mounted which would be too messy so a hanging basket to hold a sponge and bar of soap was what I was looking for. Make sure you check the dimensions so you can be sure it will fit well on your sink divider! I have to say the first one sent had a flaw (the "handle" or hanging bracket thingy had been attached to the basket on the wrong side so the weld on the basket was on the front not on the back and was very obvious, plus it had a small rough spot there.
