These scissors are extremely sharp, feel good in the hand, and do the job for me. Each time I pull them out of the drawer I am impressed. (I suffered for years with lousy scissors. WHY?) I have pretty much been using regular scissors for kitchen shears(no I do not switch them back-and-forth) since my pampered chef ones broke 10 years ago. These are so nice. They are sturdy. They clean easy. I lay them flat and open to dry and they dry well. No rust. Nice, heavy duty handles. Read more
