We have used this knife weekly for months. We get allot of sourdough bread and this knife cuts right through tough crusts and soft breads. Stays sharp as we only use it for bread. The knife is heavy but it seems appropriately weighted for is large size. Comes with its own cover easy to protect and keep clean. Cant beat the value on this. Read more

This is the perfect size for the majority of my dicing needs. The 7" blade I have can be cumbersome for quick tasks so this 5" is a better fit for me. It's well weighted in my hand and super sharp. I had chopped with a paper towel under the produce and it chopped the paper towel into tiny bits/shreds. So, super sharp! I am very pleased with my purchase. Read more
