We have used this knife weekly for months. We get allot of sourdough bread and this knife cuts right through tough crusts and soft breads. Stays sharp as we only use it for bread. This is the perfect size for the majority of my dicing needs. The 7" blade I have can be cumbersome for quick tasks so this 5" is a better fit for me. It's well weighted in my hand and super sharp.
