I love this shaving soap. It lathers extremely easy. It doesn’t take much. You don’t have to worry about shaving through thick gel that clogs the razor. This would also last a really long time since you don’t have to put much on. I enjoy that it’s natural and works just as well or better than other shave gel. The scent if any is very light. I wish I would have found this sooner. This in combination with my Halo razor makes for an easy, quick and smooth shave. This shave bar is exactly what I was looking for. It lathers up well, but isn’t foamy like regular body wash. It has a nice slip and provides good moisture. I still need lotion afterwards, but my skin is usually very dry. I put some in with water, lather, shave and then can lather again without adding more product for an extra close double shave. It did not irritate my skin at all and left me so smooth and soft. It rinses off easily. It also has a very light shea butter scent that is completely neutral and doesn’t linger. It’s decent, I enjoy the scent. I also don’t shave every day so I wanted something that would last longer. I would recommend putting the bar in a soap saver bag (I’ve seen a pack of 2 at the dollar store). It lathers well but slides off quickly so I have to make quick work. Leaves my legs moisturized and not irritated, however it’s a bit thin for a shaving cream alternative so it takes some getting used to. I don’t mind the swap for the zero waste aspect. Read more

This is an okay product - I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if I could. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and gets the job done, however, as some other reviewers have mentioned, getting it to lather up takes a LOT of effort. I prefer the Megababe Blade Bar - same concept, much better lather and shave. Read more

I read about several shave bars and finally chose this one. So happy with my purchase. I’m trying to use less plastic, so it’s nice that it’s plastic free. I’m also bothered by many scents, and this has a very light natural scent. It has no endocrine disrupting synthetic fragrances! The bar is easy to use and lubricates well so that it’s easy to shave. Also, leaves legs silky smooth. Told my friend and she bought 2! She says she doesn’t even need lotion after shaving now. That’s a bargain-no need for pricey lotions in plastic containers!
