Kiwi Set of 2 Stainless Steel Knives wood handle 501

Bought the 2 pack to try them out and this is exactly what I was looking for so I'll be buying more now. Very thin blade, this is so it cuts easier, naturally this gives it some flex if you apply a bunch of pressure while cutting. That doesn't bother me but I wanted to put it out there so no other customers are confused. On another page I saw people complain about the stickers. On my other kiwi cleaver the sticker came off and left no residue but with these knives the sticker did leave some obnoxious residue that came off fairly easily with some dish soap. Not taking stars away for that because you should be cleaning things anyway before using them on food. Read more

These are good multi-purpose small knives.. steak knives, parers, etc. They are very sharp; I don't know yet how well they'll hold their edge or sharpen, but so far I'm happy. Read more
