Our PS5 gets pretty warm, so this fan works really well while it's on. When it's turned off the controllers do not charge but there is the option to plug it into the wall via the USB. The controllers fit super easily onto the charging part. I thought you might have to jam and wiggle them a little, but they slide right on the charging ports. Read more

The stand works well for base PS5. Does not work with disc edition dark plates. Comes with a spacer to use with digital edition so digital edition dark plates should still "fit" with the spacer removed but it won't be snug like it is with base edition. 4 stars instead of 5 because the fan cable routes up the front of the ps5 and aesthetically doesn't look great. Charging functionality works. Fan is louder than the base fan so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. Read more

It is quite useful, and is working great. It seems to charge the controllers slowly though, and not as effective as the straight usb chord. But it looks amazing and we are thrilled to have it. Read more

Save your money & buy a better charger stand. 4 months after purchasing, one of the slots has stopped charging. Also, when I start my ps5 up sometimes, the fan on the stand makes a crazy loud noise until I turn it off and back on. I don't see a way of contacting the seller, so I'm stuck with it, I guess.
