This is uncomfortable to wear, it tightens under your armpit. There is not a lot of support to the back either. I bought this because it was advertised as being so good. I used the Kizu Spine Posture Corrector and really liked how easy it is to put on and adjust. The size is adjustable, so I was able to fit it perfectly to my body without any difficulty. The product is great...once I had sorted out how to set up the straps correctly. I realized I couldn't do it myself & found I needed to ask my PT for help. The product did not come with instructions for how to make the initial strap adjustments, which is why I have given it a 4 rather than a 5. I dealt directly with the company re this issue and asked for help; this is a company with zero customer service... hence the 4 stars. also. The posture support is excellent, the padding very comfortable and even though it looks bulky, it does NOT feel bulky when wearing it. My PT tells me (I potentially need replacement surgery on both shoulders) that keeping one's shoulders moving forward a huge issue in delaying recovery. For those of us who actually read instructions (and were not included here!!) I started wearing ALL day. Only when I got into AI and began reading about it did I find that the consensus is NOT to wear it all day, but to put it on 5-6 times a day for a short period of time. Logically, it makes sense. If one wears it all the time, the muscles get lazy, and as the goal of this product is for the muscles to learn to keep themselves back!! All day wearing is counterproductive. Read more

Great product! I love this posture corrector. It’s easy to use and its ability to adjust is fantastic since I have a smaller stature. I was concerned it might be too big but it’s not!
