This chair is great! It was incredibly easy to assemble and very sturdy. I’m 5’10 and not a small person and still found the seat to be generous compared to other office chairs at this price point. I love the fold down back, because it saves space and keeps my cats from napping on it and covering it in fur. There is no padding on the back but it’s still surprisingly comfortable. This is from a kids view it’s nice but I don’t recommend for people who like to tilt in chairs because it is sturdy but is kinds tipsy if u like to tip. The cushion is ok not the best but is fine 😊 Read more

Initially this chair made a "cracking"sound when I sat in it. I decided to mention this to the seller just in case it would be problematic. The seller responded immediately asking for photos and proposing solutions as well as replacement. I haven't decided what to do yet but I strongly believe that they will be determined to make me happy and I already like the chair! ***Just contacted the seller. As I was reaching for a pen the chair seemed to "let go" and I heard a sound quickly followed by me hitting the floor- hard. The metal plate holding the cylinder to the chair tore. Yes, the metal just tore away and the seat went one way and me and the wheeled bottom went the other. I don't know how badly I'm injured due to this incident. I've been disabled for 40+ years. The chair is rated for 300 pounds and I'm NO where near that! (Went from 5 stars to 1 stars.) *** Within hours of the incident this seller had responded to me and fully reimbursed my purchase as well as offering to send additional money to cover any necessary medical costs. I did not need to request any additional money and I did not view this as a fault of the seller. I do think I'd buy another chair, not the same one, from this seller. He was extremely responsive. Chair was super simple to assemble, but even after having for such a short time, and not using every day, the chair is not as sturdy as the day I received it. Very disappointed because I love that the back side of the chair was able to fold down and slide right under my desk. Read more
