Tested it for a few weeks and it definitely has a lot of flaws. First of all, the lunch department is kind of useless if you want to put anything else in your bag. As soon as you take your lunch out everything inside the bag will fall down and then you have to recombobulate to get everything back in place once the lunchbox goes back in. It does keep stuff insulated which is nice. I added an ice pack and I kept everything cold throughout the day. The zipper already ripped at the back end of the bag, it's still usable but I'm gonna have to sew it now. The positive, the padded laptop part is nice, the little front part for pencils and such is also great. You can fit a lot of stuff inside and the bag itself is not super heavy but it doesn't hold its shape super well. I will probably end up getting a different one since this one is not great for moving frequently or changing workplace throughout the days. It's more of a take to work and leave work kinda bag. I really love this bag! I’m a teacher and have been using a normal backpack for years, but I felt like I needed a change. The insulated compartment was what sold me on this particular bag. It works fairly well. It keeps things cold, but not just out of the fridge cold, so I use an ice pack for things that I like cold cold. My personal need for improvement is remembering what I put in which pocket, but that will come. The only complaint I have is that the second day I used it, the elastic band and clip that holds keys came unattached. I’m disappointed because it was a dealbreaker in my decision. I put my keys down in random places and last year waisted too much time looking for my keys. I’m trying to brainstorm ways to fix it because the rest of the tote bag is AWESOME! Read more
