These have 3 layers. The inner layer is Anti-Viral. It kills cold and flu germs, but you should still wash your hands after use, or you may spread your illness to other objects or people. 25 less tissues than a standard cube box, though I think they are worth the price. No skin irritation, no added scent, ease of use getting one out of the cube. Shipped to me in a plastic bag, arrived with two boxes crushed.
