Kleenex Stainless Steel Countertop Box Towel Cover 09924 for Kleenex POP-UP Box Hand Towels 2 per Case

I use this for my paper towel sheets rather than using paper towels on roll towel holders - they are absolutely great! The hand towels look great in the stainless steel. I guess you can use this for covering a Kleenex box, but I saw this in a fine restaurant bathroom and I thought it was a great idea. I had never seen this before, but you can buy sheets of hand towels in a box. I hate wiping my hands on a towel - not sanitary. So I use this stainless steel box that covers the hand towels and set them in my bathrooms. People really don't like using a towel on a rack, especially if the towel is in your guest bathroom and it looks like it is for display instead of being for function. I have had more compliments and people wash and dry their hands without hesitation. I am buying some more for gifts. Read more

This is not unattractive. It matches well with the chrome of the bathroom and beats the plain tissue box. I wish they came singly because it's okay in my second bathroom, but I wish I had something smaller and prettier for the powder room. I may still try to find a lower profile one for the powder room and fill it with half a box at a time. I will need to make sure the opening is long enough to pull towels out without tearing them. I’ve bought four of these in the past. Contrary to one post it is for hand towels. Not tissue. Yes, it is not a full base. It has a wire bottom that opens to install hand towels in a box. Clips shut. Unfortunately the towels I have bought several times in bulk is not available. I am planning to research alternatives. Someone mentioned it is now a Scott product vs Kleenex. Secondly, mine are starting to show signs of rust marks. Not sure if they will come off with a rust product. And third, I sometimes worry that guests or young children might flush the hand towels down the toilet, especially those who are showing photos of them storing it on the toilet lid. Bought this dispenser as a sturdier option than the cardboard paper towel box. In addition to the heavier weight that reduces unnecessary movement, the paper towels (sold separately) seem to be higher quality. The one thing to note is that this is a relatively large dispenser, so if you don’t have a lot of space on your bathroom counter you might reconsider. Read more
