Zipper is without question made of very high quality and will easily last the time of the bags themselves, along with how easy it is to open and close because of it. These little pouches are really nice. Tough as hell, no give in the seams, zippers zip…even the little carabiner is good. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because design-wise, there’s a couple of things missing for me. 1) the bottom could flatten out better. The smaller sizes look to be designed so the bottom would flatten out to sit open, zipper side up. Or was it? It would be handy if they would be more deliberate in flattening the bottom so it wouldn’t fall over and dump all of the bits and other small contents you’d jam in there while perched in a 145 degree attic space. I’d rather concentrate on the job at hand, the nails in the roof and finding the right spot to kneel on in some masochists idea of “attic flooring” to not fall between joists, not making sure this little bag doesn’t dump over. Not a huge issue, maybe 1/2 a star, but 5 stars is perfection, right? 2) this one is really only worth half a star - maybe 1/4 - it’s a bit-pic, but 1/4 star isn’t an option. It would be nice if there was some sort of flexible divider sewn into the interior of a few select sizes. Just something to help organize dissimilar things that could easily fit together. Insulated tools/specialty leads and attachments for a multimeter. Metric/standard sockets (not everyone buying these is an electrician) - just simple, smart and uncomplicated functionality like that would make these perfect. Read more
