No complaints whatsoever, it's a digital thermometer with hold, average, min and max functions and a backlight. The protective cover can be used to extend the length of the thermometer. It does take a while to settle and get a final reading but I feel that's to be expected and would occur with any digital thermometer. I use it for checking supply air on HVAC. Read more
Needed to measure the temperature of the intake and exhaust ports of my hybrid water heater to check if the compressor was functioning properly. Worked quickly to show temperatures and that the compressor wasn't working. Read more
"Batteries included" but it arrived with a pair of dead LR44s installed. Replaced with a pair of Duracell 357s and it seems fine now. As other reviewers have noted, the magnet is not so strong and might be disappointing if that's important to you. Read more
Any Klein tool is the best in class. It shows the temperature immediately and is extremely accurate. Obviously the best choice when buying a thermometer. Strongly recommended.
