This backpack set has been a huge hit for my daughter this school year! We've been using it for almost 8 months now, and it still looks beautiful. The sequon patterns are so fun to play with and look shiny and vibrant. The lunchbox has held up to 5 days a week of packed lunches, and with some ice packs holds foods nice and cold without being bulky or overly complicated. I hadn't realized ours shipped without the pencil case until just now (literally months later), and while the company didn't have any spare cases to send separately, they were so prompt and kind in their response and wanted to know how they could make the situation right. I didn't need any resolution at this point (was just hoping they had the pencil box available separately), but I so appreciate a company that is prompt and considerate. Purchased this for my daughter - loves it! All the other girls on her bus loved to play with it too - changing the picture on the front. It's nice that it comes with a lunch bag too. We use that one every single day because it's her favorite. We don't really use the pencil case though - that's gotten lost in the mix of all the other things! Otherwise the backpack & lunch bag are really durable, she used it for half the year and it still is holding it's ground. Read more
