PROS: This is incredibly more affordable than some of the smart rings that are advertised, and I feel that it does pretty much the same thing. It at least does 100% of what I need it to. Way more comfortable than my smartwatch. Half of the time I forget I am wearing it, which is great for tracking my daily movements and levels. I love the sleep tracker, as my watch was annoying to have to wear in my sleep if I wanted to track anything overnight. It also matched the accuracy of steps that my watch was previously tracking (I wore both at the same time and the tracking was the same). Battery and App: The app that you download (Da Rings) is easy to use and updates quickly. Battery life is great on this, and it charges quickly in the charging pod (included). I really like the charging pod, as it keeps the ring safe and easy to find when I am not wearing it. Things I didn't really like but also don't mind: I have smaller hands, and it's a little chunky on my finger. I got a size 9, and I wish I would have done a bigger size in case my finger swells at all. The resin design on the outside is nice and sparkly, but it rubs on stainless steel and gives an odd feeling. I hope that it lasts over time. Overall, I really love this ring. I was initially buying this ring for my wife. She is petite, but likes to wear her rings on her pointer fingers, so I thought a size 9 would be fine. If not, I'd send it back. Upon arrival, I opened the box to find a very attractive, albeit chunky ring. The black color with a little sparkle looks a lot more expensive than the purchase price. When I removed it from the box, I quickly realized that the ring is way too big for my wife's petite hand. This is a more masculine ring in my eyes. Black and beautiful with just enough sparkle. Then I tried it on myself. It fit my ring finger of my right hand like it was sized for it. (apparently, I am a size 9). This ring is very lightweight. I don't notice it on my hand at all. I haven't taken it off yet. The App is easily downloaded (DaRing). The app Bluetooth connects with ease to the app. Everything works. Pulse, BP, SPO2, stress meter, Sleep monitor is uncanny. Tells you the timing, the amount of REM, Deep, and light sleep. It tracks your exercise and steps for the day as well. I'd say this is a winner purchase. Only reason I have given a 4 star rating is because I believe the ring is too masculine for a woman's hand, but that would be my opinion only. It truly is a very nice looking ring that most people would pay much more for. Oh, almost forgot. The product picture makes one think that the ring has a weird texture. This is not the case. I ordered this smart ring because it's completely affordable and has all the benefits of the more expensive brands. It has advanced health tracking and tracks heart rate, oxygen, blood pressure, sleep, stress, and activity monitoring. I ordered this ring for my GF not knowing her ring size (big mistake). So the ring is a size 9 and come to find out she is only a size 5. I did not want to joke and tell maybe she could wear on her big toe, I would have just dug deeper. I agree with another reviewer, the ring does look more masculine in all black. Fits my ring finger. The is excellent and great tracking features. Ad does note 60hr battery life, so I will put that to the test, but I like it and decided to keep it.
