Love these burgundy boots! First of all, the color is ridiculously gorgeous in person — a deep, rich burgundy that somehow works as both a neutral and a statement piece. They instantly elevate (literally and figuratively 😂) anything I pair them with, whether that’s skirts, dresses, leggings, or my usual “Texas winter but make it cute” outfits. The fit is spot on. I’m normally an 8.5 and went with a size 9, which ended up being perfect. They slide on easily thanks to the side zipper, the platform makes the heel super walkable, and they’re shockingly comfortable for something this tall. The material feels soft and luxe without that weird extra shiny plastic/pleather look you sometimes get with faux leather. They hit just below the knee on me at 5'9", 147 lbs, and I love that the calf isn’t tight at all — they stay up, look sleek, and don’t dig in even when I’m moving around a lot. Definitely the type of boot you can wear for hours without feeling like you’re counting down the minutes to take them off. I have a significant boot collection but did not have any burgundy boots until I ordered these. I ordered my usual size 8 and the fit was good. The toe area gives a lot of moving room without feeling constricted and the chunky heel provides a lot of stability and comfort when walking. I also tilt towards the wide calf department with a 15" circumference and these boots zipped up without any issues. They are very chic looking and have a classic look that can be paired with a plethora of outfits. They are gorgeous boots and comfortable as well. A wonderful addition to my existing boot collection! These boots came true-to-size for me. If anything I’d order 1/2 a size up, but that’s only if I planned on wearing thicker socks. As it is, they’re super comfortable, the material so soft and luxurious I couldn’t believe it. I don’t normally wear heels that often and I felt like I could wear these for hours without my feet hurting. The black color is nice and glossy but not in a fake plastic way. They also came really high on my leg, a couple of inches below the knee, and weren’t tight around my thigh. Basically the fit was perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the durability so far! Read more
These boots are so cute. When I first put them on my feet sliding well and they came with no smell. The leather feels really nice against my legs. And if it’s up to my knee without sliding down.
