These are super cute and comfortable! The sizing chart is accurate but I will say the actual shoe itself does run slightly big. I normally wear W7.5 sneakers. I have wider calves so I measured and selected size 7.5 (regular width) based on the opening circumference rather than just based on shoe length. So they fit me well in the calves but are a little too big for my foot, if that makes sense. If calf circumference is not an issue for you, then I’d say size down and actually measure your foot length and use their sizing chart. For comfort, the smaller block heel is easy to walk in and the sole is moderately cushioned. I’ve worn these for multiple nights out for 4+ hrs and have had no problems with pain (even with high arches) and the toe box is also wider than other boots I’ve had. I really like these and they are a great option for Steve Madden boots that are three times as much, and these fit me better. I bought a pair of Steve Madden, and couldn't even get my foot through the foot hole. I also bought wide in these Suiara boots, but they were too wide in the calf for me, so I returned and got the normal size. The boot isn't too high and calf fits well on someone who has wider calves.
