I’m giving this set 3.5 stars because the blades themselves are actually okay - they arrived sharp and handle basic kitchen prep without much trouble. However, there are definitely some trade-offs for the price point. The overall construction feels cheap plastic build. Both the handles and the universal block are very lightweight, which makes the base feel a bit unstable. It’s so light that you have to be careful when pulling a knife out so the whole thing doesn't tip over. Additionally, I've found the scissors are quite hard to use; they don't have the smoothest action and lock while using them. Sizes are standard, color is simple and straightforward, cleaning is as usual, but plastic smells awfully bad for the first several days. It’s a functional starter set or good for a dorm/camper, but don’t expect a "heavy-duty" feel. Read more

This 7-piece kitchen knife set is an excellent addition to my kitchen. The knives are extremely sharp right out of the box and make cutting, slicing, and chopping effortless. The high-carbon stainless steel feels premium, and the non-stick coating helps food slide off easily while preventing rust. I really like the universal knife holder, which keeps everything organized and looks modern on the counter. Another big plus is that the knives are dishwasher safe, making cleanup quick and easy. Great quality, great design, and excellent value overall. Read more

This 7‑piece knife set offers a good range of essential kitchen tools. Each blade arrived sharp and performed well in everyday tasks. The non‑stick coating helped ingredients release easily, and I noticed no issues with sticking or drag during use. The ergonomic handle design with the textured grip feels secure. The shape works comfortably for different hand sizes and for both left‑ and right‑handed users. These knives are lightweight but still feel balanced. The universal knife holder is convenient and keeps everything organized. I like that it has drainage holes which help the block to stay dry and clean. Both the knives and the holder being dishwasher safe makes cleanup easy. The main drawback is the knife block itself. The base is very light, and it can tip over when removing larger knives or the scissors. Adding weight to the bottom or improving stability would make the storage system much better. Pros: Very sharp blades suitable for everyday kitchen tasks Comfortable, ergonomic handles with good grip Non‑stick coating and corrosion resistance Dishwasher‑safe knives and holder Compact, space‑saving storage Con: The knife holder base is lightweight and can be knocked over easily Overall, this is a sharp, functional knife set with comfortable handling and easy maintenance, but the knife block would benefit from improved stability. This knife set does not live up to its "high end" description. Everything but the blade is made of light weight, cheap-feeling plastic. The plastic handles appear to be hollow and the colored bands that look metal in the photo are all plastic. The blades are metal. Although the knives don't feel very sharp to the touch, they do cut reasonably well and do not stick. The holder is also made completely of plastic. The knives slide between the plastic grates. I do think this lightweight, mostly plastic knife set could be suitable for a camp, dorm, or church kitchen. The description says the knives are dishwasher safe, but the instructions say to wash and dry. Read more

I ordered this knife set at the $27 price point. It is priced correctly. I have had very nice knife sets in the past, and they are much, much more expensive. These knives have a good, sharp edge on them, and will stand up to frequent use for a couple of years, perhaps. The handles are plastic and the universal knife holder is a bit cheaply made, as there are no size-specific slots to hold the knives. In fact, the smallest knife keeps falling out because the blade length does not provide as much weight compared to the handle weight. A nice thing is that they are dishwasher safe. I only knocked one star off for what I consider lower quality knives, due to the price, but at this price it would be difficult to find much nicer. Read more

This 7-piece high-end kitchen knife set is a fantastic addition to any modern kitchen, especially with its sleek white handles and matching universal holder. The high carbon stainless steel blades are incredibly sharp right out of the box, making prep work effortless and precise. I love the rust-proof and non-stick coating, which ensures food slides right off and the blades remain in pristine condition even after heavy use. Having the option to put them in the dishwasher is a massive time-saver for busy weeknights, though they are so easy to wipe clean by hand as well. Overall, this set offers a perfect blend of professional performance and elegant design that looks stunning on the countertop. Read more

I don't know that I would classify these as high-end. They are nice. They are sharp. They have a nice sleek box that they sit in, but I'm still curious to see the 'rust' proof promise. I've had other knives that have lasted me forever, and these don't feel as sturdy, but it's early days, and they slice through tough stuff like it's butter. Read more
