I had used these before also loved them. Recently lost weight and first bought new underwear for myself that were not “leak” worthy. That’s why i use not for period… Anyway after couple of months i realized i need this so i read the description for sizing carefully. As i still have the ones from before i lost weight. They were just too big. All the comments seem to say that they liked how it felt the fabric, etc. so I decided to give a try. I only ordered one pair even though I knew I would want more if I did like them so I read the sizing and I determined that I would be a medium, but I kept thinking if it’s wrong and they’re too small, I would not be able to handle that so I just bought one pair. I also read in a reviews that somebody was able to return if they started to bother them because somebody said they bothered them in the leg or something and they were able to return. I don’t know if it was this specific type I forget, but Anyway I bought one pair they came and I have to say that these specific ones really hold you in if you’ve got loose skin in your belly number one very smooth there’s no lumpy bumpy anything. The leg is completely comfortable and it ends right where my butt does and they really are absolutely perfect. I do remember when I had them in the past, I had a pair that looked like they had like a gold design on black and then I had another pair that were beige like this type that I just bought And they definitely had a different feel so that’s why my review is for the beige specifically of this specific item, I just remember noticing that even the same size same style, the fabric and color sometimes made a difference. I don’t know why, but it did so everybody needs beige underwear. These are perfect and read what it says about sizing. I wear a size 10 jeans and I am a medium and they fit like a glove. These would be perfect if the padding went further back, personally. I use them as backup on heavier days, and on their own on lighter days, and I'd just prefer if the padding was longer to help ensure leaks would have a harder time getting past it. Otherwise, they're super comfortable to be in all day, and they fit true to your normal size in underwear. I really like the high waist v. bikini cut or lower cuts, and these ones have a nice high waist cut. I washed these in cold water and air dried, even though it says you can dry on low, and I'd recommend air drying to be safe. I feel the padding could be affected in the dryer even on low. Didnt expect to like these but it sure is nice not to have a leak when you are out and about all day and have a giant mega sneeze or coughing fit. They feel comfortable, are no show, and wash well. Expensive, but work well especially if you are away from home a long time. Read more

This appears to be a well made product. It is thin which is what I wanted. Unfortunately deducting two stars as they are intended to be period panties. The absorbent gusset (again well made) would only work for light days. It is way too short in the front and definitely in the back. If you slept in them on a heavy flow day, they would 100% leak because the gusset is exactly like regular panties in size.
