I wish I knew about this dryer earlier. I have very thin, short hair and other dryers blow air that is just too hot and practically burns my scalp. This one has 3 different heat settings and 1 cool setting. It also has 3 speeds. I have been using the 140 degree (lowest heat setting) on the lowest speed and my hair dries just as fast with no burning. What a pleasure to use. Also, it remembers your previous setting when you turn it on again so no need to keep setting it to your preferences. It is more lightweight and not as big than most other dryers and the material is a good quality. I have also used the diffuser attachment and I like that, too. In addition to all that, it has a self-cleaning feature so you don't have to get in there with a little brush to get out dust. I thought it was a very good price for all you get. My last dryer was $20 more and didn't have half the features or quality. I would highly recommend this dryer. Read more
