It’s more like 4 1/2 stars. The only negative is the heat does not get warm/hot enough to warm up my feet to my liking. However, I am cold by nature so it might suit the average person. This is a GREAT product and I would buy it again. I recommend doing the extended warranty as a precaution. At least I did because the warranty cost is reasonable vs the replacement cost. I love the remote control. The massage device has a secure slot to store the remote when not being used. The best feature compared to other foot massagers is the arch height adjustment. Makes the experience much more gratifying especially coupled with increased air pressure. If the manufacturer reads this review, my suggestion for improvement would be to either have memory function so the customer can press a single button or two to start their preferred settings. I cannot believe I have lived my life without this foot massager. I am actually getting a massage as I write this. I am a veterinarian and I am on my feet all day long. I had gotten a really painful case of plantar fasciitis. I literally have zero arch in my feet. They are completely flat. I ordered a splint, arch support for my shoes and this little roller thing that you roll the soles of your feet on. The little roller thing actually gave me some relief so while I was searching for more items like that one, I came across the foot massagers. I did my research and ordered one. I first ordered the POGGT foot massager machine and I am returning it. It hurt badly on the lightest settings and the ankle rollers killed me (I have CRPS in my lower right leg and it aggravated my condition horribly). I also didn't feel any significant kneading on my arch area and it hurt my heels. It made the plantar fasciitis much worse. I had the KNQZE one saved and I ordered it next. When I tried it for the first time I was in love with it! It made my feet feel amazing and the many options / combinations of the different modes give you the capability to get the parameters that feel good for your feet. It was exactly what I needed. The additional control of the arch height was a game changer. I keep it on the middle height and it gives me intense relief. The air compression is perfect and the kneading is exactly what I needed. Feels better than a pedicure massage. Seriously. I also like that I can turn the heat off because I don't particularly like my feet being hot (for those that want heat, it works great). Other machines that I researched didn't have the capabilities of this one. In less than a week my plantar fasciitis is at least 75% better since I've been using this (in addition to the arch support). It is so relaxing. I use it several times a day/night, almost always on the 30 minute timer. Other machines you could only use for a short duration and required time in between uses. Not this one though. Sometimes you get what you pay for. This one may be pricier than the others but is worth every penny. I was lucky to get it on sale but it is actually worth the full price. This may be one of the best purchases I've ever made. Do not hesitate to purchase this machine. Even if you don't have any problems with your feet, it is definitely something everyone should have. I have been looking for and trying other good foot massagers for a while and have tried a couple of others, but this one definitely stands out because of the customization. The adjustable arch massage controls are a huge plus; being able to actually adjust it to hit the right spots on my arches makes a big difference compared to other machines that just have one setting. The kneading function is great and really digs in to work out the tension, but the air compression is honestly amazing. It gives a really firm, comforting squeeze that feels incredible. As a person who loves deep tissue foot massages, this machine fills the bill. I have high arches and the roller massage them perfectly. I also like the rollers on the balls of my feet. I tried another messages, and returned it. Spent fifty bucks more, on this one, and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend this messenger for anyone looking for great value.
