Love this rug as it was not only easy to customize with all the size choices, but the delivery was 5 days sooner than estimated. Fills out cold entry tiled area and has made what once housed a long shag, so much easier to clean and maintain. Our two felines adore the rug as well. We needed a customized rug to cover our bathroom floor in order to keep warmth during winter time. After some extensive research, I found Koeckritz who can customize the color and the size of the rug that I wanted. I received a call from Koeckritz a day or two after ordering. He (I am sorry but I didn’t write down his name) told me that they have one piece left based on our specs. Unfortunately, there is a problem with that last piece. He gave me the options to cancel or to wait for a new piece. I found this very welcoming as most companies would just send out what they have. I chose the option of wait and get a new piece. I laid out the carpet after receiving it yesterday, 12/5/2023. My wife and I are so happy with it. The quality of the carpet is outstanding and the color matches exactly with what is in the description. As you can see from the picture, the size is just right also.
