I needed a custom carpet for my new office balcony due to the size not being standard. I ordered a 4’10” by 11’ rug (after a lot of deliberation) and am so glad I did!!! It arrived quickly, looks fantastic, the edges are all finished. I gave it a 4 out of 5 for softness because it’s an outdoor rug, not exactly plush - but perfect for what it is. It took me a while to find just the right thing for my very large outdoor balcony. I love the fact that this is made to measure for exactly for the space you have. the color is beautiful, I bought the blue. This company is outstanding to deal with as well, they respond to all your questions very quickly, the quality of this outdoor rug is exceptional very soft and extremely well-made. After they cut the rug to the exact size you want they bind the edges. can’t say enough good things about the quality of this merchandise as well is the quality of the company that produces it. I live on Amazon and have ordered a zillion things. This is one of my very favorite purchases. A durable, attractive, easy maintenance outdoor/indoor rug. I have ordered several and they are just as great indoor and outdoor, with pets and rain. Dry fast and weather real life. Just wish I could get it in green for my balcony! Not of good quality. Too thin n backing is not strong. Also it ships folded and the crease does not remove when fully opened. I had to remove it and used it garage floor. Too embarrassed to use in open area. Read more

So far I am very happy with the carpet. It arrived rolled up and unrolled and laid flat easily. I put some heavy things on the ends and let it sit for a day. No problems. It was cut to the exact measurements I asked for. Good product. Read more
