I won't speak to the claims of regrowing your hair, but this tool does its job and it does it well You have plenty of settings to choose from, The needles are sharp and puncture the skin well. This tool is best for flat areas. For example, I find it works well for my stamping my face but, for my scalp, it's a bit more awkward due to the roundness of my head. Before and after using, be sure to spray with rubbing alcohol. The manufacturer says it's good for about 20 uses, but I think you can get more out of it if you're careful with the needles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I have used several MICRONEEDLING devices over the past year, including Dr. Pen electric pen (not recommended for first time users). Unfortunately I think minor damage to my skin was left after using Dr. Pen for the first time. I have used manual rolling and stamping microneedle devices since then and performed several treatments. I do see a remarkable improvement with hyperpigmentation since first session. This is by far the most convenient, cost effective, easiest, and safest tool to use in my opinion. Most importantly is to use correctly following instructions which come with this device. I appreciated the detailed instructions that were included. Some devices I used did not include any instructions!! I look forward to trying more skin care from Koi! First photo is before any microneedle was done. I've tried four different brands of microneedling stampers, and this one oddly caused significantly more stinging and sharp sensation during use than any other ones I've used. The stampers I've previously used barely felt like anything was contacting my skin. There was significantly more pain and skin irritation after the use of this stamper. Even though visually I can't tell much different between the needles on this stamper and needles on my previous stampers, but I suspect that these needles are thicker, which would account for the increased pain and more skin trauma from the use. This stamper hasn't the deepest setting of any stamper I've owned. While I applaud it for having more selection in depth than other products, it's maximum depth exceeds what is conventionally considered necessary for microneedling. The stamper certainly accomplishes the goal of causing skin trauma, and it certainly creates deep channels for serum to seep down into the deeper layers of dermis. However, I do wish it hadn't been quite so painful an experience using this tool. Read more

I do at home micro needling and have found this brand to be my personal favorite. The Koi Beauty stamp has a thicker handle that is comfortable in my hands and provides me more pressure control. The titanium needles are fine and sharp and can be reused with proper cleaning. The depth is adjustable from .25 all the way up to 3.0 in .25 increments.
