This scrub top is so comfortable and fun! The stitching is done really well, and the color is exactly as pictured. The smiley face is adorable and neatly stitched, adding a cheerful touch to the top. It isn’t super stretchy, but the fit is true to size and very flattering. The fabric is a little slippery, but that makes it easy to wipe clean, and the pockets are very practical. It has held up nicely in the wash, and the vibrant design really brightens up the workday. I’m definitely planning to order more in the other colors! Read more

Such a cute and colorful scrub top! Fits true to size with lots of stretch! Very comfortable to wear and move around in. This top has three front pockets, with an adorable smiley face embroidered on one of them. It’s easy to wash/dry, with no noticeable shrinkage or color fading even after a few washes. (I do like to follow the washing instructions on the shirt’s label by the letter, so keep that in mind!) This is a very high quality top, and what I’d expect from a brand like Koi. 5 stars, no notes! Hands down this is the most comfortable scrub top I’ve ever worn. I ordered my usual size, a medium and it fits just right. The fabric is stretchy yet flattering. One negative…..because of the stretchy, silky fabric, my phone will not stay in the pockets. My phone ended up on the floor 10 times and cracked the first day I wore it. So, my feedback- a zipper pocket should be a must with this material. Read more

My wife has two jobs. She works at a call center and also runs her own company helping the elderly. This means she is constantly moving, constantly busy, and constantly in need of pockets. I bought her this scrub top hoping it would help contain the chaos she carries with her. The first thing she noticed was the fit. It was comfortable and looked professional enough for her client visits. The fabric felt sturdy but not stiff. Then she discovered the pockets. She is a woman who appreciates a good pocket. These were not the shallow, decorative pockets found on so many women's clothes. These were serious pockets. Pockets with purpose. One afternoon, she came home after a particularly long day. She had visited three clients and then stopped by the grocery store. She walked in and began to empty her pockets onto the kitchen counter. From the left pocket, she pulled out a set of keys, a tube of hand sanitizer, and a granola bar. From the right pocket, she produced her phone, a pen, and a small notepad. Standard stuff. Then she reached into the large central pocket. Out came a small bag of peppermint candies. Then a roll of medical tape. Then a stray TV remote that belonged to a client named Mr. Henderson. The scrub top has been washed many times since then. It holds its shape and color. It has not shrunk. More importantly, it has proven its worth as a reliable piece of equipment for a woman who needs to carry everything from medical supplies to eight-legged passengers. I’ve owned a couple Koi scrub tops in the past and tried to order this based on the sizing I’ve experienced prior. I was right to. With Koi, they seem to run a bit in the larger side and are slightly boxy. I got this in medium since the previous larges were entirely too big, and it still fit a little awkwardly. It’s tight over the chest, but looser around the waist. The length was decent, but the top has a habit of rolling up any and every time I sit down or bend over. The fabric is not my favorite, being a step above that scratchy canvas feel, but with a slight sportswear feel as well, minus the stretch. The spandex portion of this is low to the point that it barely stretches at all and is a little restricting. I didn’t care for the pocket locations and size either, they felt too close to the center of the top and too narrow to be entirely useful to me. Quality wise, it’s sewn together well and I didn’t have any problems with the seams. The color is pretty standard black for scrubs and will go with anything. This particular fabric wasn’t the most breathable and caused me to sweat a bit, but wouldn’t be something that would be warm in cool weather either. It’s a decent top, but just really not my style, fabric preference, pocket preference, or size preference. It’s not particularly flattering on my body type, but would work well for others. I’m picky with scrubs and only one brand has ever had the fit I like. I would only recommend this for those with smaller chests due to the lack of stretch. Read more
