Honestly, it jams when used with large chunks of ice for slushies. But it comes with a bunch of attachments, and they work really well together. It seems to be very well made and easy to use. The containers are leakproof, and you can also grind and go with the included lid. Size is standard 16 floz and price seems reasonable. Ordered to replace My Blender by Oster due to a leaking seal, which I could not find a replacement for. This had a good price point and came with extra accessories. The quality isn't as durable. There are three small plastic tabs that are attached to the cup that engage the motor when pressed into the slots on the base. They look like they'd break before too long with daily use. The plastic cups aren't nearly as sturdy and thick as my Oster one. Also, the lid has a small opening to sip and the cover for it doesn't fold back completely, so I have to turn it sideways to drink my smoothies. Good price, hence the 3 stars. Quality of the lids, cups and plastic tabs that engage the motor, I'd rate 1 or 2 stars. It also does not going the ice as well as the Oster, there are always small chunks of ice no matter how long I blend. Read more

The Small cup has a reservoir in the bottom that makes it hard to clean out....I am not sure why someone would design this small cup with that reservoir but common sense just tells you it's a terrible design! Every time I use it the small reservoir in the bottom of the cup which serves NO PURPOSE collects food and I have two use a tiny straw brush that I Bent slightly at the tip to clean out the food that collects in it- that in return causes ugly unsanitary scratches!!! Urgghhhh!!!! Instead trying to make the design "interesting"? I am not sure what their reason is but just stick to ease of use and cleaning!!! People don't want to have a specialty cleaning tool for every gadget they use! None of the other cups have this reservoir and honestly you cannot convince me there is a purpose for this small cup to either. It is so frustrating. Other than that it would get 5 stars bcz it's exactly what is says it is and does,it has great speed and power. I love the suction cups on the bottom that help stabilize it while in use and the fact it is smaller than other and fits well inside my cabinets....too bad about the small cup design otherwise I would give it 5 stars!
