I love this Kojic Acid soap and actually find it somewhat addictive. I hate to be without it and find myself sifting through various brands looking for the best price. This is the last brand I bought and I’ve found it to be very effective and affordable. It takes only a small amount to get a superb lathering, and it leaves my skin looking amazing and feeling so clean and refreshed. My mother always told me that when you find a really good complexion soap, you should occasionally use it on your body too. I find that it is strong enough to not only cleanse my entire body but also kills body odor. Love love love Koji San Kojic Acid Soap! I have been using this bar since January 18th 2024, today is April 21st 2024. My hyperpigmentation is about 80% gone, I rarely get big breakouts. Maybe one or two small pimples once a month if that. I use the Soap every other night, leave on for 30 to 60 seconds(you will feel slight stinging), following up with 6% hydroquinone pads, retinol/vitamin A serum 1-2xs a week, vitamin c serum daily, spf 50+ daily. I cut the bar into 6-8 cubes. For me, each cube lasts 3 to 4 weeks. I also use it on my neck, chest, shoulders, underarms.. and once or twice a week, I'll do a full body wash. This soap is so effective, as long as they don't change the formula, I will be a life long customer!! Keep in mind, this product has the ability to lighten overall skin tone, monitor use to avoid changing skin tone. Overuse, WILL dry your skin out and compromise the skin barrier. It takes weeks for the skin barrier to replenish and is very uncomfortable during the compromised period. Sunscreen is a MUST. Spf 50 minimum, daily and every 60 to 80 minutes you're in the sun(a sun hat is an extra layer of protection). Be PERSISTENT with your regimen. It takes the skin time to show results but you will see them, believe me! My face was marked up like a subway in Harlem, but with a consistent regimen, on top of doing pumpkin peels and microneedling, I am getting results and reversing a lot of damage. I have bought and used this soap for a long time now. In short it works and very well too. However, I would suggest that you do not leave it close to your shower or where there is excess moisture the soap will melt away. Keep it in a dry cool place after use.
