But is a great liquid liner. I've purchased this it least 6x. I wear liner almost daily so its easy to keep from going dry. The the was a point where I had surgery and did not wear makeup up for 2 weeks and the liner had dried by the time I reached for it again. If you don't use liner frequently maybe skip it. I get a monthly sample delivery from Ipsy and received this eyeliner. I have oily eyelids and live in the Southeast coast =Humidity! This eyeliner has proven to be perfect for me. 8 hour work day and it stays put with a little smudging on the outside flick, but does not run. The retractable feature is nice for when I get up close to the mirror creating a precise cat eye flick. I could not find the brand in stores where I live and was ecstatic when I saw it on Amazon.
