I purchased this machine in October 2023, and it consistently churns out my ice cream in just 10 to 12 minutes each time. After a year, the main door developed issues, but their customer service was excellent. They promptly sent me a replacement door. Read more

Company makes a good product for the price. Parts are the issue. Very expensive shipping for very low quality plastic parts. I have figured it’s smarter to purchase a new machine rather than attempt to fix one. Trumps tariffs didn’t help things! Read more
The media could not be loaded. Today I finally began using my machine and it works to perfection. The large spout allows for chopped fruits to be added. The touch screen is very responsive. And the cleaning process is so simple my grandson can do it. Thank you Kolice! Read more
