I bought this because it’s a kong and my dog hasn’t been able to chew up kongs so far. The rubber ball was fine, I had hoped that Kong had also figured out some super strength rope that couldn’t be chewed through too but alas, My dog went straight for the weakest part and chewed through the rope in the matter of 2 minutes. I have a German Shepherd, she is not a chewer…. but likes to run and get the ball. This is mainly my preference for a ball because I can throw it, but not only that, it’s a lot safer because of the cording that they use, instead of string that a dog can swallow. The rubber ball is about the same size as a tennis ball, which is safer for her teeth. It’s my dogs very favorite toy. Read more
