I have had these since April, so about 7 months now and I wear them almost every day still. These have been awesome casual shoes to throw on everywhere I go. I wear them to work sometimes, and all sorts of other activities. They are comfortable, lightweight, and easy to wear. They match with my style easily, usually black pants or shorts. After 7 months of heavy wear the bottom has begun to be worn flat, and the white sole is harder to clean white again. Some minor nicks into the rubber. I'm only reviewing it based on my first impressions of it. I just received it earlier today, so I haven't really worn it yet, only to try it on. And it fits me perfectly! I was a little worried if it will be a little too large, but it isn't at all. Fits me perfectly! And it looks n feels a lot more comfortable than I expected it to. It has a nice soft insole, even the inside walls have cushioning around the edges. It looks like they put extra effort n thought into making it comfortable. Right after receiving it today, I took it across the street to this little shoe repair shop, and he put me clear tabs on the bottom sole, front n back (the 2nd photo shows them). I do that with every shoe or sneaker I buy. Cause since I do my shoes last forever basically, I just replace the tabs when they're worn out. It only costs $6.. so it's well worth it to save any cheap shoe forever. And I'm lucky cause all shoe repair places told me no they can't put tabs in soft type shoes, only for hard leather shoes. But this guy said hell ya, I can put em on any kind of shoe you bring me. So I took all my shoes n sneakers to him. Been taking every new shoe I buy to him right away. These shoes are what I wanted but they are not as well made as the Island brand they will replace. They are nice looking and look like the photos on Amazon. I tried them on, and they felt comfortable for the few minutes I walked around. The fabric is fine, but the leather is vinyl, I think. They came in shrink wrap with no box with 2 pairs of insoles. Not sure why 2 pairs of insoles. The insoles seem cheap and will probably compress easily. I have other insoles I can use. If these hold up for a couple of years, I will be happy. If not, I will go with a name brand next time. Read more
