This product did not work. I received inaccurate readings. I gave up on my first order and ordered a second thermometer assuming there couldn’t be two defective thermometers in two orders. I was wrong. This product was very poorly made. I gave up and ordered another product with a Vicks label. So far so good. Do not buy a Konquest product. My experience was abysmal. Read more

The feel and use is good quality. I can't speak to accuracy, but the numbers seemed about right for how I was feeling. One important drawback - the claim that it gives you a 10-second reading is not exactly true. What it does is emit 10 very loud beeps after about 10 seconds. Sure, you can see a number at that point, but if you leave it in your mouth (or, whatever) for another two minutes you'll get a higher, stable temperature. The tiny print instructions even tell you to do that. So the 10 seconds is a gimmick. They programmed it to beep prematurely, but it is meaningless. Your real temperature takes 2 minutes, just like any other thermometer of its class. Read more

This was purchased to take the temperature of our horses. It’s easy to use and fast. If you’ve ever taken a horses temperature, you want it to be quick. My 10yo is in charge of this process and has a very easy time with it. We like that the tip is flexible. The readings are very easy to see and it reads the temperature quickly. I’m getting another just like it for our human first aid kit. Excellent for the home and barn. Read more
This worked fine for a few months even though it took closer to 20 seconds to read the temp. Then, one day it suddenly stopped reading temperatures correctly. Now it reads around 2-3 degrees cooler than what is correct. As a veterinary professional I need my tools to work correctly every time I use them. So for those of us who will not read through the instructions. Press the button to turn on, it will show you your last temperature read. It gives results in 10 seconds but advises you should leave it in for 2 mins. It will sound a different alarm if your fever is high. Overall I needed this asap to monitor a fever and it worked well and I also liked tip is a bit flexible, that’s new. We will see how it holds up, but for now it’s great. Read more
