KontrolFreek CQC Rush for Playstation 4 PS4 and Playstation 5 PS5 Controller Performance Thumbsticks 2 Mid-Rise Concave White

Have been using these for a couple years now on my PS4 dual shock controller. I originally had the orange and white ones, which had an issue of popping off occasionally when doing extreme "panic" moves on the stick. But It appears, that Kontrol Freak has improved upon the design, and I've not had that issue since I started using them a few days ago. Another small gripe; was while I understand they're not meant to "last forever"... the silicone would wear out quickly (within a month or two)and begin to miss-form and flake all over the controller as it broke down and tore. I'm hoping that this has been improved upon as well. But it's too early to tell. On the Positive side... I love this particular design, and hope it stays as part of their line-up. The level of control I get from them is excellent, and It really has improved my overall gameplay experience. I have really wide thumbs and the raised edge on the front of this thumbstick enhancer cradles my thumbs very nicely and prevents me from slipping off the stick in extreme situations. The ribbed "Bullseye" design in the pad of the handle is very reassuring and gives you amazing tactile feel. The height is also just perfect (For me at least) and Gives my controller a much more pro and consistent feel. I've never been a big fan of Playstation or Xbox controllers. Coming from the age of Joysticks. (Dating myself a little here). But now, I could not imagine using my controller without these. They have literally become "A Gamechanger" for me. Decided to try these after using the Galaxy for years. I don’t use the high rise and preferred a second mid rise as I wore down the grip on my Galaxy mid rise and wanted a backup. The design on these is so much better IMO they will be my new go-to. I mostly play MLB The Show just for added context. Read more

These feel way nicer than the stock thumb sticks do, and the shape of their rim is perfect for my play style and thumb shape. Kontrol Freek makes a bunch of different models and these are the first I tried, can’t recommend them highly enough. The resistance rings Kontrol Freek makes are fantastic as well. Read more

These things work really well for providing grip and feel. The rubber starts off with a perfect feel to it but it starts to break down pretty quickly (within a month or so of casual play I see it fraying and within two months or do, it starts shedding on me when I play). Despite that I keep ordering them but I wish they lasted longer. Read more

My old kontrol freeks which I have loved have started to loose some of their texture from playing with them over the past few years. I have been using the mid rise thumbstick grips so I decided to give this pair a go around as a replacement for my old ones. However, these do not help with comfort, grip or accuracy as is claimed. Idk where kontrol freek went wrong with these but my thumbs slip all over using these. I cant aim in game to save my life quite literally because of this. Very disappointed in this product.
