I haven't used this yet cause it just arrived today. But I'm basing my five stars on the outstanding reviews. A one star review was given because it came dented. I'm of the opinion that's not a reason to give it a one star when you can return it and get one that's not dented very easily. And with no hassle. Another one gave it less stars because the box was tore. I base my star ratings on the actual use of the product. And many people are saying what a great little crockpot this is. But the size is perfect and then it's super easy to just place in the dishwasher and be done with it. The only way I would change my star rating would be if it earned a lower star rating. There's too many people saying positive things. I had to try it. It's just me and my son at home now. So I don't need a big one. This is gonna be perfect for the two of us.
