Good fit, but hard on ankles

I ordered the wide shoe and it fits well. I wore all day at work (teacher, so constantly on my feet). Surprisingly, there was no pain on the toe strap, it there was a lot of discomfort on the ankle, as the back of the shoe reaches high on the ankle. Hopefully they will break in and not cause any more irritation. The shoes are pretty and go with everything. The are on the heavier side. Read more
