I always read the reviews before I buy anything but especially shoes. I read the 4 reviews here and no one noted that these run large. I am normally between a 8.5 and 9 and opted for the size 9. The width is adjustable because of the ties so that was not an issue with my medium width feet but lengthwise I have at least 3/4" from where my big toe ends to end of the shoe. If I went to the size 8 I think it may be too small so I will stick with the size 9 and just deal with that issue. Also, I hate doing exchanges and having to wait all over again! (It took about 9 days to get them). Other than the fit issue these are wonderful soft good quality leather. There is no padding (or arch support) so I am not sure how comfortable these will be working an 8 hour day but just trying them on they felt great. If you are a half size though, I would suggest going down a size. Read more

Well I knew that I was taking a gamble based on reviews but since the 6 was not available I tried the 7 anyway. I typically wear a 6.5 in flats and 7 in heels/boots. These shoes were huge! I have to return because it just looks silly. The size 7 measures about 10 inches long. These shoes are gorgeous though and the leather is nice, however the footbed could provide more arch support considering this shoe retails for $150. All in all this shoe is incredibly fashionable and I suggest going down a size! Read more

These shooties are just what I was hoping for. I actually wear a size 12M but I ordered an 11M after reading reviews here saying that they run very large. That was just what I wanted to hear! I first set eyes on these shooties on "Sundance Catalog" website (owned by Robert Redford) several months ago. They're still on their site advertised for >>>$150.00<<< regular price, plus $17.65 shipping, and who knows how much in taxes! I got mine for less than $95.00, and the shipping was only 3 days! Whoop, whoop! I'm so grateful to Koolaburra for making these lovely shooties larger than advertised, whether intentional or not.
