There’s a website called EWG, which stands for Environmental Work Group, which is a non-profit website that lists any toxic ingredients within your makeup, lotions, and all other personal care product products. They rate from zero, being completely nontoxic all the way up to 10, being the most toxic. This one rates at a zero, which I love — BUT IT IS SO FREAKING EXPENSIVE. I’ve never seen a hand lotion that’s this expensive, so I’m not at all likely to buy it in the future and will find a better substitute that has the same high emollience (and is also non-toxic). I am mainly using this as a hand wash but it works great as a body wash too. The consistency of this product is a bit more goopy and thicker than I was expecting - it doesn't look like your typical hand and body wash and looks like a glob of gel. The way I'm describing it doesn't sound great but I assure you it works just like any other hand and body wash (basically liquid soap). A little goes a long way and when you get water on this it starts to soap up much more. It doesn't make my skin feel dry after use. I do like this product but I'm not a fan of this signature fragrance. It isn't a bad scent but I personally just don't like minty type of scents as much as citrus scents, which uplifts me more. The ingredients overall look good, with just one or two potentially irritating ingredients for those with super sensitive skin. I personally didn't experience any irritation or discomfort. If you have super sensitive skin just double check the ingredients list to see if everything looks ok to be used on your skin. I didn't see the ingredients list posted on here yet so here goes. I am a loyal KORA customer for more than 5 years. I have used almost all of their products and so also the older version of body lotion of sandalwood scent which was much thicker and better than this one. This updated version of hand and body lotion has a rose scent which is great but the creamy texture is not there anymore, miss the older version of the same. Read more
