I love this stand. It may be a bit pricier but it is very sturdy, super quick and easy to setup/dismantle. I love the built-in music clips, and it's compact enough to fit in my backpack or gig bag. This stand is awesome! Read more
Clever design, folds small, good for travel. Wobbles a bit with my ipad on it.
Very clever design, folds very small. It was not the most intuitive to assemble, but after referring to the directions I figured it out. It is a bit wobbly, but should work fine as long as no one bumps it. It should be nice for travel. Read more

Great music stand
I love this stand, and it gets lots of compliments. Very easy to set up and fold away, and very sturdy. I just wish the page holders extended a bit wider as they can’t provide clamping for music in a standard 3-ring binder; clips are still needed if playing outdoors. Read more
Not quite gig worthy if you sing and play electric guitar with a pedal board.
I got this since I gifted one for my wife last Christmas and she seemed to like it. I ended up getting one for myself, thinking I'd use it for my iPad on gigs - I play guitar and sing and I'm tired of using iPad mic stand mounts. This does the job and it's portable and easy to tuck away, but there are a couple caveats: (1) The top of the stand doesn't rotate so it's in a fixed position relative to the base. This is a problem for me since I'd like to place it in front of my multi-FX/modeler pedal while I play and sing. Can't do that without the mic blocking the view of the iPad. I place it off to the side but now I have to turn my head away from the mic every so often. (2) The weight of the iPad drops the stand requiring some adjustment to push it back up. (3) The stand base isn't too sturdy over uneven surfaces. Not a huge problem but I probably wouldn't take it to an outdoor gig. Otherwise, it's good for practice and I suppose if you're an orchestra musician who just needs a stand for a music folder, it'd probably be a good choice. Read more
