It was a few days over due in shipping, but I think that had more to do with my amazon facility and drivers and I'm not going to hold that against this vendor this time. Only because this corset fits me so damn well. It was worth the wait. A common problem I have with overbust corsets is they're usually better suited to larger breasted women, I've never had that and it ends up making me look even flatter. Additionally I have another issue with corsets that they don't squish the right parts of me so now not only do I look flat, I look curveless. Thats not the case with this corset. I don't have to cinch down the top of the corset to get support for my chest, and it cinches in the middle of the corset where the soft guts are not in the ribs and hips. This results in a very pleasing feminine look. I would say its economically constructed. The materials don't feel cheap but I know enough about corsets to see where they cut corners to make it more economical. This comes with a few upsides like flexibility. Flexibility means comfort. I'm wearing this corset as I type this and I'm sitting comfortably. I can tell that the boning is plastic featherweight which is what gives it the flexibility, out at renfest, larp, or music festival this also translates to breathability. This is also why it cinches in the center and not the ends like steel spring boning does when it's new. You should definitely make sure of your size when you order it! The economical cuts to it's construction means that this is not intended for waist reduction or tight lacing. This is a costume corset and if you use it lightly and care for it well it will still last you a long time. And its so pretty and feminine. The ruffles and ribbons give this a nice touch whether you're going for a lingerie look or its an outerwear item for a renfest or larp, I'll call this simple item a wardrobe essential. Read more
