OK, so I have a tall "vessel" bathroom sink, like 5 inches tall, that sits on top of bathroom counter. This means that the faucet needs to be REALLY tall in order to clear the sink edge (and have extra room for ease of use). Crazy me, I didn't fully understand that at first, ah! I bought a kinda-tall faucet at Lowes and it was not tall enough. Easy return to Lowes, thank goodness. Didn't know Amazon would have faucets, but hey they do. This one was basically one of the only ones tall enough and the price was reasonable. I like the "gold" finish (there were a few finish choices). The design is sleek and simple and modern, looks just like photos. I like the simple on/off handle a lot. The item was boxed directly by the manufacturer and packaged very good. All parts and instructions were included. I had a handyman install it and he said it was medium-easy to install. It looks great and has been functioning well with daily use for like 3 months already. The faucet is stylish, easy to install and works well. However I had an issue with the fittings to the water supply. They constantly leaked and the washers supplied would not seal . They deformed after several attempts to get them to work, The washers became useless. So I went to my local hardware store and purchased bevel washers and pressed them into the 2 fittings. They worked perfectly, tight fit and no leaks. Cost about $2.00 Read more

Well made and functions great now 4 years later. The only issue was the rubber washer dried out and broke causing the pop-up drain cover to no longer hold water. When I called customer support asking about where I could locate a replacement washer. I expected to be told that it was out of warranty and I could buy it from xxxxx. To my surprise Brian asked me for my email address so he could send me a request for information about the order and a picture of the problem. I sent him a copy of the invoice and a picture showing the cracked rubber washer. He responded with they were sorry for my inconvenience and that he was shipping me a replacement pop-up drain not just a washer. I imagine that the washer was not available by itself. This was a most pleasant experience and I'll certainly remember this company when it comes to bathroom fixtures. Read more

My wife and I love this. It's very appealing (to us) aesthetically, seems to be very well made and it works perfectly. For those who are DIY inclined: I found it easy to install. When installing, I ran into a minor problem that was totally my fault, but I'm mentioning it to prevent others from doing the same thing. It has 2 fastening mechanisms: (1) There's a plate with a 1 3/8 inch threaded hole and the bottom of the main tube is threaded. (2) The plate also has smaller threaded holes for two bolts that are tightened after the main tube has been tightened. Those two bolts are slotted for a Phillips screw driver and the installation instructions only mention that means of tightening them. The bolt heads are also hex shaped to accommodate a wrench for tightening. At first, I didn't even notice that the bolts could be tightened with a wrench, so I thrashed trying to use Phillips screw drivers---long, short, offset, whatever. The bolts were in a tight awkward position which I could only reach at full arm's length. While doing this, I noticed light reflecting from a flat surface on the bolt head and discovered that they had wrench-fitting hex heads. After that, I easily finished tightening them using a small quarter-inch ratchet, a short extension and an 8 mm socket. The installation manual and spec sheet are available on the Kraus USA web site, though it took some effort to find them.
