My stylist recommended this iron. I have a lot of hair & it’s on the thick side. I was skeptical at first because the iron does not hold my hair tight during the curling process. But I stuck with it, & am quite satisfied now. It heats up quickly & the auto shut off is a plus. I would rate it 4.5 stars, but I don’t believe that’s possible, none the less I would recommend it! The product arrive defective (does not heat) then cost a trip to UPS and $24 (almost half the price of the product) to return- for a product the seller sent broken. Costly and disappointing, a product that doesn’t work with horrible customer service. Be warned- buy elsewhere. Read more
