I was looking to move away from the Nike running shorts that I’ve been stuck on for the last 20 years. Either shorts fit well in the waist and the leg openings felt too large or the waist was a tad too tight and the leg openings were perfect. But these Ksmien Running Shorts? Perfect waist and perfect leg. The spandex under-shorts are very comfortable and don’t ride up. The waist band is wide and elastic, but didn’t feel like it was cutting into me or making an unnecessary muffin-top. The shorts run true to size. I love the fit of these shorts, they’re a great length and very flattering. Pockets are a great feature. I would recommend these for upper body days at the gym, walking, or leisure wear. I’ve always struggled with workout bottoms because I have a very sensitive stomach. Anything even slightly too tight and I feel like crap within minutes. These did not squeeze me but felt secure enough for workouts. I recently have dropped 40lbs on carnivore and needed new shorts. I usually would but XL for the roomier fit. I am currently 150lbs and 5”6 and I bought a large. I could’ve gotten the M if I wanted a more snug fit. I liked that the outer layer is completely sewn and not just flaps in the sides.
