Supports and provided pain relief
I have used KT tape before with good results. This particular line of tape did not adhere as well. Not sure if it is defective? I would buy The KT tape again , just not this type. Read more
Adhesive lasted less than one day

Not as good as it used to be.
I’ve been using KT Tape Pro for 10 years, and have never been disappointed. But recent batches look and feel different, and they do not stay on! I just applied tape to my knee this morning (clean, dry, no moisturizer) and by evening it was coming off by itself. It’s thinner than it used to be, and has a different look and feel. I used to swear by this tape, but no more. Wish they would bring back the tape that really worked and wowed. Read more
