This monitor has a solid base and is easy to set up. It has a no-glare screen with sufficient resolution for image editing, video editing, and any office application you need. Very bright display and high contrast make even dull spreadsheets come to life. The quality of the product and the price make it an outstanding value. I highly recommend it! Read more

Used to replace a broken 27" curved 144hz monitor. Best 32" 2k 120hz monitor I could find for the price. IPS panel has great color and response time. Works great with my PC and my Xbox Series S. By default the monitor will only go to 100Hz, monitor needs to have Overclock enabled in the OSD settings to get 120hz. Very happy with this monitor and surprised at the overall quality of it especially being from a relatively unknown brand. Read more

I am very impressed with this KTC 27-inch monitor. It has a nice, modern look that fits well on my desk, and the picture quality is excellent—crisp and clear. The size is just right for my needs. I'm actually so happy with the performance that I'm planning on purchasing a second one for a dual-monitor setup. Highly recommended! Read more

Build and screen quality is decent for price point. Colours and screen resolution is crisp, sharp and vibrant. The stand assembly is very ease-of-use as it just snaps into place and is very solid and sturdy; this does not have vesa support but the stand is reliable. Gaming or videos looks quite good on this screen given the price point, with the except of dark scenes. There are some backlight bleeding on the left and right edges so it makes very dark scenes look a little off as the left and right edges give off a subtle glow. This glow is not as noticeable outside of very dark scenes. There are a decent amount of monitor settings to adjust to your preference. It provides you with enough adjustment capabilities for the price point. Shipping from KTC was very fast. Package was received days well before Amazon's expected delivery date. Other than dark scenes, it looks and feels very good and satisfying. For the price point, I think that its a perfect buy if you are looking for mainly a work station monitor. Gaming capability is at an entry-mid level tier. Read more

I bought this monitor on March 23, 2024 and received it on April 2. It's now May 28th as I'm writing this, so I've been using this monitor for 1 month and 26 days. I ordered the 27" 170Hz curved version and where I'd normally have 1 HDMI port and 2 DP ports, I got 2 of each (am I lucky or did I get a new model? I don't know, but thanks), which suited me (lol), I use it as a secondary screen for my MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) via HDMI and play my PS5 on it. To my great surprise on PC, I discovered that the screen could go up to 4K@60Hz, but I use it in 1440p@144Hz by default (except when I'm watching 4K content), HDR is, I'd say satisfactory, it's not much but visually, you can see that there's a difference between SDR and HDR, when it comes to reading and writing documents, in general it's fine, but sometimes texts have this sort of halo that makes them slightly unreadable and blurred, but nothing too disturbing (as far as I'm concerned). For the PS5, the default display is in 4K@60Hz, but it can indeed do 120Hz but only in 1440p@120Hz, for some reason the PS5 only does the following signals: - In 4K: 60Hz and 50Hz only, no 30Hz or 24Hz, (being HDMI 2.0 logically there will be no 48Hz so no VRR, which is the case); - In 1440p: 120Hz and 60Hz only, no 50Hz, 30Hz or 24Hz; - Finally, in 1080p: 60Hz and 50Hz only, no 30Hz or 24Hz. (The screenshots are in French, but it's nothing complicated to understand.) The monitor doesn't have a built-in speaker, which isn't a problem because I'd already planned to use it with a soundbar or my headphones (directly connected to the console) when I play games requiring greater concentration, in the description on the manufacturer's website it says "USB 2. 0 (upgrade only)", so the USB has no other use apart from updating the monitor's firmware, which didn't bother me because I use it to power my soundbar, which operates via USB and uses the monitor's built-in jack port for sound, so nothing is left unused. I'm not using the DisplayPorts because I don't have a device that requires it, but I've ordered a Desktop and I intend to use the DisplayPort with it, so I'll update the review when I do. All that said it's a very good monitor, since I've had it I haven't had any problems with it, so I highly recommend it, the price seems pretty fair for what it offers, I got it for $161.48 but with the code "H27S17" I got 5% off, reducing its price to $153.41, I don't know if the promo code will still work but feel free to try it if it still does. Honestly for the price it doesn't get much better. The picture quality is excellent, it's got a nipple dongle which are by the far the best when it comes to navigating the menu and while I haven't tested it in FPS games it performs great with my 4080 Super with high framerates. It's also pretty durable considering the plastic it's built with. Read more

Bought two of these monitors. Both are excellent quality. The second arrived brighter than the first and seems to have a 2.x firmware that the first (with a 1.x) doesn't seem to have access to. The first one has the advertised brightness and color, and the second is about 50-100 nits brighter. Regardless both are outstanding for the price point. The stand isn't as bad as people bash it. It's sturdy, low profile, and sleek. Read more
