I am not sure why so many of the reviews are so harsh on these slippers. First off, comparing to high end slippers makes zero sense as you are knowingly paying 25 bucks for some slippers and not 125 bucks and getting a brand name. My personal experience from brand name or luxury items is that they are not always necessarily better, and I feel like that about these. I am never going to pay 100+ for a pair of slippers and clearly everyone else who bought these, aren't going to either so why complain about minor things at 25 dollars. My slippers came tightly packed together and shrink wrapped with a tag on - so no issues there. The color brown color matches the picture and description, so I'm happy. They do not indicate they are leather but the sure look beautifully sueded and looking at them, they can definitely pass for suede. The fur is fine, fluffy (not super fluffy) and soft and they look lovely to me. I tend to incorporate my slippers into my work from home outfit, and this look clean and nice with my clothes, but I tend to wear wide leg pants. I am NEVER a wear my slippers to the store person, and these are not exception but not because they don't look nice enough, but because I am just not the type of person to do that. What IS important to me is the durability and ability to wear these to the mailbox or to take out the trash or even just around my house without worrying I will step on something and feel it through the bottom of my slipper. People mentioned no arch support but if you need arch support in a slipper, you probably need to be shopping for different slippers. These DO have what feels like memory foam and its firm but with some nice flexibility and provide good comfort. I cannot speak to how long these will last because I've only worn them for 2 days, but I do truly love them at this time. My experience with slippers (all slippers) is that they flatten on the inside fairly quickly and aren't meant to run marathons or use as walking shoes. Got these comfy slippers a couple weeks ago and they do not disappoint! They are warm and so fluffy! I was afraid they might be a little small at first but they are perfect. I wear a ten and that’s what I bought. They are definitely true to size. I love the green color and they are also supportive. Love these! They are soft and so comfortable! Also they have a hard outer sole, so if I need to run outside while I'm wearing them I can, and it supports the slippers well. They have great arch support. I have had these for a few weeks now and they fit just like they did after a couple of days of breaking in, and show no signs of wear. Overall the quality looks cheap and ugly. Material is thin. Especially the green part of the slipper. They packaged the shoes wrapped in tight plastic so the slipper has deep creases. Poor packaging. I'm an US Women's 8.5/9 and went with a 9, and they fit so comfortably. Only complaint is that they came packaged squished and not as fluffy in the pics. There are some fold marks on the faux suede, hoping it'll air out and become smooth overtime as I just opened the package minutes ago :) I don't notice any arch support and the shoe could be built more sturdy but I plan to wear them indoor only so it does the job.
