This is a review of the KVSS branded Women's Cashmere Sweater. It is a ribbed, long sleeve turtleneck made from 93% Cashmere, 6% Nylon, 1% Spandex. Makes for a very nice luxurious feel. The Cashmere is a luxurious feeling, ultra-soft, warm fiber. It comes from the fine undercoat of cashmere goats. In this case, the manufacture sources it from Inner Mongolia. That is an autonomous region in China. Goat herding is their main industry. The 6% nylon adds structure. The 1% spandex so the sweater returns shapeliness when removed. It all makes for a very pretty fabric. The box it came in was a surprise. A gift worthy nice presentation box. It is dark on the bottom and off white on top. Tied with a string bow. I absolutely adore this cashmere sweater from KVSS. This sweater looks good on because it's made to fit right. The sleeves are long enough so that the cuffs come right up to the base of your hand and there is a little fabric left over so that they gently bunch up on your forearms creating a "cozy" appearance. Same with the hem and the turtleneck neckline. The cashmere fabric is soft but does have a bit of the inherent wool scratchiness. It is my understanding (my first ever cashmere anything) that it will get softer, and the scratchiness will go away with wearing and washing. The color of this sweater wouldn't be my first choice, but I just learned that the natural colors reflect the wool's natural color and that dyeing can make the wool stiffer. Good to know! As far as sizing goes, I would say this brand is true to size. I normally wear an XL which wasn't available, so I went ahead and got the Large. It could be a bit looser across the chest! For reference, I am 5'7" and in this picture was about 180 lbs. I've since lost some weight (unfortunately some of it came off in the chest) so the Large will be perfect now. Read more

I’m very glad to have ordered this sweater. I tested it out in a snowstorm and it kept me very toasty. I was noticeably cooler when I took it off. I ordered up because sometimes when it’s looser, it seems to be warmer or maybe that’s just me. But the fabric is very nice, the color is similar to a dark beige-tan. This sweater is made from high quality cashmere and feels very soft to the touch and well made as far as the stitching goes. The packaging was excellent, and the overall presentation gave a premium impression right out of the box. It's very giftable as a result since it comes inside of a gift box already. The sizing does run a little snug, but it’s still wearable and comfortable once on. The millet color is very nice too since it's neutral and versatile enough to pair with just about anything.
